1. What are some other payment options, other than credit cards?

We only accept Credit card and Paypal for USA.

2. How long does the perfume last?

Our line of products are Eau de Parfum(EDP), compared to the usual Eau de Toilette (EDT), it is more concentrated. Furthermore, our perfume is free of chemicals, and will not agitate your skin. Our perfume will last between 4-6 hours depending on the individual.

3. How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 5 working days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

Please contact our customer service team if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.

4. After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take for standard shipping and express shipping to deliver the package?

*Delivery time is not guaranteed as there are lot of factor affecting its speed. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

5. Why do I have to pay the standard shipping fee for my order?

Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over USD128 under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

6. If there are problems on the product ,could I refund or return?

If customers discover issues with our products, such as defects, expired or received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package, we will arrange your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

If customers wish to exchange products after purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

7. Can I cancel my order?

 

Cancellation fee of USD20 will be charged once the order has been confirmed.

Scenario 1: Order not yet dispatched

If the order has not shipped, the customer can contact CS to amend the order. Order amendments are limited to personal information and add-on products only. Cancellation of order is not guaranteed and USD20 will be charged.

 

Scenario 2: Order has been dispatched.

Cancellation is not accepted once the order has been shipped. The customer can return the goods to us and apply for refund within 7 working days. Please note that shipping fee is not entitled to refund.
