2025 Returns & Exchange

 Subject to Covid-19, it takes relatively longer time for international orders to arrive. Once your order is being dispatched, we would not accept any refund application. Thank you for your understanding!

 

All the exchange or return decision must be made and contact us within 7 days upon the receipt of products. We will not accept any exchange or return requests after 7 days.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Product that being stated as "Non-returnable"

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Can I exchange my order? How should I do?

Of course you can! If you would like to exchange one item for another, please contact our customer service department through Facebook inbox @floroma.global or email: cs@myfloroma.com

Our CS will inform you the exchange instruction by email. Please follow the shipping instructions in the email and ship the parcel back to us!

 If the new item you picked is cheaper than the one you have bought, you will be refunded for the price difference. Note that if the new item is more expensive than the original item, you might have to pay for the corresponding price difference.

You can also choose to receive your refund as gift card, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

Can I do a refund if I don't like the perfume received?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund* or exchange the product for another one. 
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will refund by default as store credit, which could be used on any items within 1year from date of issue. 

 

*Shipping fee is non-refundable.
