Order and Payment Method

Due to the increase in cancelled orders recently, we will not be providing the option「Collect on Delivery」when ordering online! If customers wish to choose this option, please contact us via direct message on Facebook @myfloroma. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Ordering Method：

1. Order online via our website

Step 1: Choose your product and add it into the shopping cart

Step 2: Fill in your information ( Name, phone number, email and address)

Step 3: Choose your payment method (Visa/ Master/ American Express, PayPal, Google Pay)

Step 4: Confirm receipt via email.

    2. Order through customer service (Facebook @myfloroma）- Collect on delivery

    Step 1: Please write down the items and quantity that you want

    Step 2: Please provide your information (Name, telephone number, email and address)

    Step 3：You will receive a confirmation email with order number after ordering

    ***For Macau's customers who are choosing Collect on delivery please see below⚠️

    • Customer will need to pay (item + shipping) upon receiving the package and it will be collected by SF Express personnel.
    • payment will be made in MOP（exchange rate as per SF Express: 1HKD = 0.95MOP）Example：HKD698=MOP735
    • Purchase over HKD$500 will include free shipping

    Payment Procedure：

    Collect on Delivery【Limited to pick up at SF Express service points and delivery to door (Does not include EF Lockers or pick up at convenience store) 】

    1.Order via our customer service representative（address must be a SF service point or receiver's address)

    2. Email will be sent to customer and will require confirmation

    3. During pick-up, customer will pay in full (Item+shipping) and it will be collected by SF Express personnel

    **Macau's customers will pay in MOP (Exchange rate as per SF Express1HKD=0.95MOP)

    Example：HKD698=MOP735

    If customers wish to pay via Collect on Delivery, Bank direct transfer, Alipay, Wechat pay，please contact our customer service via Facebook inbox！

    *During payment, you can write the SF Express order number in the address section. (Example: 853A）

    *Once package has arrived to the pick-up point, SF Express will notify you. Please pick up your package within 3 days.
    *SF Express will contact you before delivering package to your door, You can confirm or change time with the deliver personnel.
