2. Why is there no spray?
Check if the oil bottle is installed correctly and not empty. If still an issue, contact customer support.
3. Why does the mist become invisible?
This diffuser atomizes oil into ultra-fine particles, so the mist may be invisible, but fragrance diffusion is still happening.
4. Why does it pause between sprays?
Unlike water-based diffusers, the FLOROMA cold atomized diffuser delivers stronger, purer scent with intermittent bursts—saving essential oil while maximizing coverage.
5. How long does one 10ml oil last?
At 2 hours/day on low intensity: about 1 month. On high intensity: 4–8 days (depending on usage and environment).
6. Warranty?

7. Recommended stronger scents?
